Shipments will be sent out weekly and tracking information will be emailed directly to the customer. We are not responsible for any incorrect shipping information provided to us by the customer. 

For any additional issues with lost or damaged packages, please email us at lemonchellos@yahoo.com so that we can assist you in locating your package or refunding you for items that may have become damaged during the shipping process.
