Refund policy
We know sometimes items don't fit quite right, so we are happy to exchange any non-sale item within the first 14 days after purchase as long as it is in un-worn and in like-new condition. Lemonchello's Boutique offers returns for store credit but does not offer refunds unless the item you received was defective. As a small business, we ask that you please help us by adhering to our return policy.
We offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery for any like-new, unworn, and unwashed non-sale items with invoice receipt. We do not offer pre-paid return labels unless the item arrives defective from the manufacturer.
FINAL SALE items are NOT ACCEPTED for store credit. If a final sale is sent to us, we will charge a $8 shipping fee to send the item back to you. We cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items. All sale items are final sale.
I live outside Southern California or can’t make it to a local store. What is the best way to return an item?
If you are located outside of Southern California or you can’t make it to our store, you can simply mail your item back to us and we will issue you a credit you can use on your next purchase online, or on our mobile app. Please carefully pack your item and mail to:

Please Note: Items shipped to us outside of the 14 day return window (without prior approval) or items returned that are worn, soiled or damaged by improper laundering will be donated to a local charity and unfortunately, no exchange or refund will be granted.

I live in Southern California...where can I make a return or exchange locally?
Lemonchello's Boutique products are carried locally in Temecula, California at the Temecula Promenade Mall.
Purchases made online can be exchanged in-store within 14 days of purchase online. Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value (before tax) as we will not be able to provide store credit for any left-over balance. If you make an exchange for item(s) of greater value, you’ll pay the difference (plus tax) at the checkout.
